Now booking founding clients: 10 install slots
We install a crew of AI agents in your business in 48 hours, then keep it running. Morning briefs, competitor teardowns, lead lists, SEO and AI-search content, inbox triage. Nothing goes out until you say yes.
You've bookmarked the threads: "one-person company," "agents that ship while you sleep," "a bot that does competitor teardowns every week." Then nothing changes, because setup eats a weekend and the first version breaks by Wednesday.
Sunup Crew is the shortcut. We scope the jobs, build the agents, connect your tools, write the runbooks, add approval gates, and stay on call. You get the output, not a new hobby.
The crew
A 7 AM brief: what moved in your market, who mentioned you, what's on today, and the three decisions waiting on you.
Weekly teardown of competitors' launches, pricing, ads, and positioning, with "steal this" notes.
Finds buyers who are showing intent on X, LinkedIn, and the web, enriches them, and drafts outreach for you to approve.
Researches keywords and AI-answer gaps, then drafts pages and posts so you show up in Google and in AI answers.
Sorts, summarizes, and drafts replies. You approve with one tap. It never sends on its own.
Your recurring grind: reporting, CRM hygiene, deal memos, portfolio updates. If it repeats, we can usually automate it.
How it works
We map your week, choose the 3–6 jobs worth automating first, and agree on what needs your approval.
We build the agents on your accounts (Grok Bot, Claude, or your stack), connect your tools with least-privilege access, and test on real work.
You wake up to a working crew, a one-page runbook, and a Loom walkthrough. On a monthly plan, we tune, fix, and add agents.
Proof, not promises
Our founder went to bed at 11:30 PM and asked his agents for a business by morning. By 7 AM they had read his feed, picked this idea, written the plan, built this page, checked domain availability, and drafted the launch posts. Every public step still waited for his OK.
That's the product: real work overnight, with a human in charge.

FAQ
Whatever fits the job, usually Grok Bot or Claude-based agents plus your existing tools (Gmail, Calendar, Slack, Drive, your CRM). We set it up on accounts you own. We're independent and not affiliated with any AI vendor.
Not without your OK. By default, every outbound action (emails, posts, DMs, payments) is a draft until you approve it. You can loosen that later, one agent at a time.
We never ask for passwords. Connections use official sign-ins (OAuth) with the smallest access that works, and you can revoke them at any time.
It depends on the stack and volume. We'll give you an estimate on the scoping call. Most small crews run on a single paid plan you may already have.
First Shift includes 14 days of fixes. On the Night Manager plan, we monitor, fix, and improve your crew every month.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Everything we built lives on your accounts, so you keep it.
Tell us what eats your week. We'll reply within one business day with a crew plan and a time for your scoping call.
